Tim is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and a keen supporter of privacy rights. He established DataRep in 2017 to deliver the best EU Representative service possible to its clients, and ensure the customers of those clients saw the benefit of their GDPR rights. Following Brexit, he also established DataRep UK, to ensure that DataRep’s clients continue to enjoy excellent service in the UK as well. He talks internationally about GDPR and privacy issues, and his articles have been published by global privacy organisations.
Eve Power
Operations Manager
Eve is the engine which runs DataRep; she is an efficient organiser of both our clients’ appointments and our internal operations, and a keen observer of processes with a view to constant improvement. Her experience with GDPR and legal operations ensures that everything at DataRep runs smoothly. In her spare time, she authors and self-publishes her own literary works.
Marie Penot
Supervisory Authority Liaison
Marie’s expertise and experience working and negotiating with many of the Data Protection Authorities in the EU is a significant benefit for DataRep’s clients, assisted by her fluency in English, French and German. In addition to her role with DataRep, she provides privacy advice, management, Data Protection Officer (DPO), compliance and training services to international companies.
